What payment methods do we accept ?

Payments are made directly through our website by credit card. Please note that we use a secure payment method.

Do you ship in Europe and outside EU ?

For ecological reasons, we have decided to deliver our products only in Europe. We have a fixed shipping fee of 5 euros for Belgium and 12 euros for EU.

What is the expected delivery time ?

Regarding products in stock, orders are shipped within 5 working days (Belgium). Orders outside Belgium (EU) are delivered within 15 days following the validation of the order.

Once shipped, you will receive the shipping notification with your tracking number.

How will I know you received my order ?

You will receive a confirmation from us once your order is placed and your payment has been approved. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you shortly after by email.

How will I know the status of my order?

Once shipped, you will receive the shipping notification with your tracking number. 

You can see the status of your order on the Bpost website with your tracking number.

How do I return the item(s)?

You have 14 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your item(s) at your expense. We only accept returns for items new, unused with brand label attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

If you notice a defect on a item within 14 days from the reception of your order, please contact even.brussels@gmail.com to request a refund or exchange. 

Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted for a refund or exchange. 

Follow these steps to return your purchase :

1. First, contact us via even.brussels@gmail.com. Don't forget to mention your personal informations, type of product(s), order number and date.

2. The return address will be sent to you by email. Place your order back in the packaging, including the original invoice and all original tags.

3. You can use any carrier you like, returns are at your cost. Except in the case of faulty items.

4. Once received, we will notify you. Please allow 10 days to process.

5. The refund will be made to the original payment method and you will be notified.

You will receive an email with all the indications requested for the shipping back. 

How and when can I reach you ?

We are available to advise you from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm GMT by email even.brussels@gmail.com. 

Can I change personal details after the order has been made ?

If you notice a mistake in your shipment information, you can contact us by email even.brussels@gmail.com to correct your information. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to rectify the issue, however, we can assure you that we will do all we can to amend your order.
